A good job atmosphere, ethical principles, and the chance to help others were most important to Waldorf graduates at work 對於華德福的畢業生,他們認為職場中好的工作氣氛,倫理守則及獲得幫助他人的機會是最重要的

Self questioning and inner striving toward perfection were seen as the top challenges, along with family issues and the struggle to achieve balance in life 自我探索跟朝向完美的內在努力被視為最大的挑戰,其次是家庭議題與努力實現生命裡的平衡
